Board Members serve one year terms. The Board is responsible for protecting and enhancing the property values and quality of the neighborhood (enforcing the covenants), maintaining the Common Area, collecting annual assessments, exercising Architectural Review on exterior modifications, and building a sense of community. If you are interested in joining the Board or participating on a sub-committee, please contact a Board member. Volunteers are highly valued!

Annette Harrison Delahoy, Treasurer & Secretary
Annette and her husband Dennis have lived in Pinon Ranch since 2000. She grew up in Colorado Springs but her career as a hospitality accountant took her to California, New Mexico, Idaho, and most recently Utah. Dennis is from New York & is a retired C.S.F.D. firefighter and paramedic. Annette is glad to be back in Colorado and enjoys living in Pinon Ranch and being close to the park, trails, being outdoors, and working out at the gym. She was inspired to join the HOA board in 2025 to meet more neighbors and because she is a long-term resident in Pinon Ranch and hadn’t yet been involved. Her accounting background will come in handy in her role as treasurer.
Jeff Hansen, Member at Large
Jeff lives on Flag Way and moved into the neighborhood in 2002. He works as a mail carrier for USPS and enjoys skiing in his free time. One of the things he loves about living on the West side of Colorado Springs is the opportunity to see wildlife. Jeff’s close neighbors know him to be a handy, good-natured neighbor that is willing to lend a tool or a helping hand. Jeff joined the HOA Board in 2020 because he liked the direction the Board was going with the neighborhood and wanted to support that effort. He hosted the Ice Cream Social in his driveway in 2021, marking the first community event on Flag Way in at least 5 years.
Molly Geronazzo, Member at Large
Molly moved into the neighborhood the week before the Waldo Canyon Fire in 2012! She used to take walks through Pinon Valley HOA and it was a dream come true when a home here became available during their house search. Molly is a licensed therapist and busy mom of three kids, Juliana (20), Jake (16), and Josh (11). Her husband Pete is from Canada. He likes hockey and tells a good dad joke (if such a thing exists). Molly grew up in Mississippi and has lived in in Colorado since her days as a student at Colorado College. She enjoys working out with friends, spending quality time with loved ones, celebrating festive holidays, laughing at Pete’s dad jokes, and cheering for the hockey players in her family. She hopes to bring her calm, practical approach to problem-solving to the Board and looks forward to being a kind steward of the community.
Frank Hibbitts, HOA Manager

Frank has professional experience in property and HOA management, along with commercial construction. He has served as the HOA’s administrative manager for 6 years, and previously volunteered as a Board member as well. Frank possesses a wealth of historical knowledge about the neighborhood and is pleased to share his wisdom if anybody asks. In his free time Frank enjoys riding bikes and supporting his wife and daughter’s musical and athletic pursuits.
